General House Call Process

We are contacted by patient, facility, or NOK (Next of Kin)

  a) Information swap: Patient details, possible treatment, house                            call fees and payment method discussed and approved.

 b) Appointment for consultation house call is made and the house call fee          is  paid.

 c) Other relevant parties are made aware of any appointments and                      payments.


Jim consults patient


Next business day, office staff contact relevant party to discuss

a) Recommended treatment.

b) Proposed costings and appointments eg deposit required prior to impression and balance is required prior to delivery.


Financial approval is required to book any further appointments


Received financial approval and appointments are made

             a) Relevant parties are made aware of appointments


Deposit Paid


Appt: Impression - Basic statement of treatment + financial consent is signed by patient (or by proxy) prior to Jim taking impression


Appt: Bite


Appt: Try in - Appearance of denture is signed off by Jim and patient (or by proxy if patient is unable to sign)


Contact relevant party for balance of payment and organise delivery date

                   a) Other relevant parties are made aware of appointments and                                        payments

Jim Delivers and fits dentures


House call patients are eligible for FREE house calls for 6 months post issue for any adjustments
